With this new Triple IPA, we're going into outer space, so astronomical were the quantities of hops used 💫 We had the chance to brew this hoppy UFO with our Danish buddies from Dry and Bitter, and we didn't pull any punches: Strata, Barbe Rouge (a French hop that D&B had never used and wanted to honor), Mosaic, Idaho 7, Citra... There's something for everyone! 😍 Let's play a game: the first person to find that we're over 10% wins! It's so silky in the mouth it's like drinking a fruit nectar! 💪 Thanks to the D&B team for their advice and for the magical moment we spent together under the beautiful Occitan sun!
