What a pleasure to work on a classic barley wine with the legends at Five Points Brewing. We're celebrating ten years for both breweries with a 'ten' themed recipe. Our ten malts feature a host of speciality barley including heritage Chevallier and Hana varieties. We boiled for ten hours to build rich depth of flavour and body, before balancing with the delicate bitterness and berry aromas of ten hop additions
Not just power, a delightful flavoursome experience. Darker that I expected, more stoutlike in appearance, but nothing wrong with that.
