De Moersleutel - Windmill Wit

Can the brewery brew more than mainly stouts and IPAs? Definitely! Here's their first wheat beer! Refreshing, soft, and full-bodied. A classic wheat beer, but of course with a twist of Moersleutel. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin at various stages during the brewing process, for refreshing notes reminiscent of white wine, but with the complexity of craft beer. They chose a hop farm in New Zealand because they share the passion for this craft, and because the clay soil on which the plants grow gives the hops a new depth. Belgian yeast for additional complexity and a slightly cloudy color due to the light malt varieties. In short, Windmill Wit is an accessible beer with much to discover. Cheers!
