Beer description

Wind is a Belgian Quadruple that combines centuries-old Trappist traditions with modern innovation. Brewed with a unique yeast from a renowned Trappist monastery, known for its rich aromas of red fruit, it is balanced by the fresh bitterness of sustainable ‘Tango’ hops. Inspired by one of the Eurekas we made for the Nut Key Guild, the recipe has been further refined - a little more hops, a little less caramel and a luxurious cassona sugar that adds a warm, bakery-like aroma and enhances the deep caramel notes. The result is a smooth, velvety beer that captures the essence of classic Belgian brewing traditions with a bold, contemporary Moersleutel twist.

Ein herrlich karamelliges Quadrupel. Sehr süß, rote Früchte und weich mit perfekter Süffigkeit. Sehr gelungen!
