Margreet may be discreet but plays a crucial role in the company. She's typing behind a desk that doesn't really tell what she's up to, but she's everywhere. Perhaps it's because she's had four children to raise that she shows cumulative knowledge as much as a cold brew has character and taste. We took a look at her favorite dessert, Red Velvet, and gave it a brewing twist, and here we are.
