This New England IPA combines pressure and innovation. It uses torrefied oats for a creamy texture and a blend of two thiolized yeasts, which we usually use separately but now for the first time together, resulting in an intense flavor experience.
Nectaron hops bring passion fruit and nectar-like notes, Talus adds floral and coconut-like accents, and Citra provides a fresh citrus finish. We even mash-hopped with Sorachi Ace for extra citrus and depth.
The result is a smooth, slightly sweeter IPA with a balanced mix of fruity flavors like passion fruit and grapefruit. A unique beer brewed under pressure. Cheers!
