They received 200 kilograms of perfectly roasted coconut flakes from Notenfabriek and soaked them in their beer for 45 days. As a result, the beer becomes almost salty, so intense is the taste and aroma of the coconut. They combined the coconut with a blend of two different coffee beans: espresso beans from Costa Rica and Brazil. Naturally, all Arabica, which provides a beautiful stage for the coconut.
