The canelé (or cannelé) is a traditional French pastry from Bordeaux with a soft custard center flavored with vanilla and rum and a crunchy, caramelized crust. Since vanilla is Rob's favorite ingredient, we needed to transform this delicious treat into a rich dark stout. Through freeze distillation we intensified the rum, vanilla and caramel flavors and created a wonderful 17% sip. Best served at a temperature of 12˚C.
Sehr samtig weiche! Aromen von Kaffee, Karamell, wenig Zimt. Schön süß. Der Alkohol dringt sensorisch und geschmacklich sehr durch - positiv!
