Beer description
Very little cloudy yellow to orange beer, small off-white head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: bit yeasty, citrus, sugary, bit sourish, hay. MF: quite some carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, citrus, grapes, pretty bitter, grapefruit, lemon zest. Aftertaste: pretty dry and bitter, grapefruit, yeasty, ginger, spicy.
