Stone of Arbroath has a rich, sweet malty aroma with mellow notes of plum and dark fruit. The mouthfeel has a pleasing softness with highlights of toffee and mild caramel that are derived from a lengthy 90 minute boil which encourages caramelizing of dense wort sugars.
