Dark Sky Brewing - Westie

*GR* *V* Westie is our house west-coast style IPA, utilizing a different blend of hops each batch, but still encompassing a bold and crushable IPA. This batch features Simcoe and Cascade in the dry-hop, delivering aromatics of fresh pine, candied citrus, ruby red grapefruit, and subtle berry. Flavor is crisp and piney to start, before fading to sweet berry, peach, grapefruit juice, and a resinous finish.
