Dark Sky Brewing - Astro Cookie

With the county fair just around the corner, we couldn't help but whip up a fair-foods version of everyone's favorite pastry stout. "Deep-Fried Astro Cookie" still uses an insane 4000+ amount of unnamed sandwich cookies, but, trades traditional style for the golden variety to capture that ooey-gooey fried fair snack! Still expect rich roasted malt, bakers chocolate, and espresso across aroma and palate, however, sweet vanilla, brown sugar, and a subtle cookie-dough sweetness slip in for a real "looks like a cookie, smells like a cookie, tastes like a DEEP fried cookie".
