Hotel California is our brand new New Zealand Pils. We used Motueka and Nelson hops on the cold side giving this beer it's bold, elegant and perfectly balanced flavour. Its snappy bitterness is followed by a wave of delicious, juicy citrus - think grapefruit and orange. The Nelson hop brings in subtle sweetness. This NZ Pils is one not to be missed... the perfect beer for a warm summer's day.
