Black Imperial Sour Ale "Dark Mystery" with Chocolate & Cherry. Dark imperial sour ale enriched with a win-win combination of not very bitter chocolate and very ripe cherry. This is not the first experiment in this direction - the idea to brew a sour but dark beer has already been tried out in co-operation with our colleagues from BrewT, who, let's be honest, suggested the idea. And we, this time as a team, continue to realise it. The aroma of this mysterious elixir is as if you have just opened a box of the freshest chocolates with liqueur, the taste is partly reminiscent of the same chocolates. Cherry and chocolate do not interrupt each other, but harmoniously coexist together, and a good balance allows you to forget about the elevated degree, which is successfully hidden behind a bright sweet and sour profile. Add to that a non-trivial colouring and you get a very special story, dark and mysterious.
