Beer description
The 3rd beer in Dancing Gnome brewery's monthly flower series, Violet is an 8.5% DIPA hopped and hopped and hopped again with Enigma, Ella, Citra, and Columbus. Aroma is dank peach, spring blossom and melon, with flavors of grapefruit, Sauvignon Blanc, pine, and slight herbal tea spice on the end.
