Beer description
The aroma is reminiscent of dried dark berries, mocha and chocolate on top,
and a caramel flavour.
The finish leaves a pleasant bitter note. As with the "Meierei Weisse", a Brettanomyces yeast produces a pleasant hay and stable odour.
It is a top-fermented beer type with the strength of a doppelbock.
