Beer description
Produced with a single type of malt and hop in the recipe, SMaSH IPA Project I receives Comet hops, from Dalcin Hops, and Pale Ale malt, from Atelier do Malte. Both are Brazilians and from São Paulo. Pale Ale malt from Atelier do Malte has a light base, with a smooth malty flavor reminiscent of bread coats, giving the beer a crispy finish. Comet hops, from Hops Dalcin, bring aromas of green fruits such as grapes, lychees and kiwi, in addition to citrus touches that refer to lemon.
