Beer description
Mixed fermentation wild ale, aged for over 24 months in barrels. The version with generous doses of pitanga has phenolic notes of leather, minerals, in addition to the dominant lactic acidity. In the background, you can see the flavor and acidity of the fruit, in addition to a slight menthol. In the aftertaste, a light astringent from Pitanga.
