Dádiva Imperial Dark Sour com Mirtilo

This new version of Dark Sour has the addition of fresh blueberries from the producer Entre Vilas, from São Bento do Sapucaí. The result of this acidified beer in barrels is a product with vinous and woody notes, in addition to a soft touch of caramel and toffee malts. Lactic and acetic acidity remain and fresh blueberries add even more complexity to the beer.
