It is a Russian Imperial Stout with 10% alcohol, baru nut, cerrado vanilla and, in this new version, with cumaru, a plant native to the Amazon popularly known as Brazilian vanilla. Even more intense and complex, Bioma has a flavor and aroma reminiscent of chestnuts, in addition to a residual vanilla sweetness and spicy notes, such as cinnamon.
