Jaws Brewery - Cynic / Red Edition

Made in Russia! Traditional for Belgium speciality is no longer an overseas curiosity. Long aging in large oak fuder casks, blending young and mature ales - the programme of Flemish ales at Jaws has been launched! In the red edition of Cynic, the emphasis in the blend is on a higher proportion of long aged ales. A rich acidity with a tangible balsamic vinegar tone is woven into the complex wine flavour.
