Cydr Ignaców

Clear golden color, no head. Aroma of bit sweet apples, slight spicy cinnamon, mashed apples. Medium sweet in taste, slight sourness of apples. Just a tiny bit of carbonation. Bit sticky on the palate. Boring stuff. This could also have been applejuice. Lacks the complexity a good cider could or should have in my opinion.
