Curious Carousel is an eclectic blend of our sour red, blonde, triple, quad and wheat ales aged for up to 18 months in oak foudres, whiskey barrels and wine barrels. We refermented the base beers with cherries and grapes, before a final infusion with fresh orange zest, vanilla bean, lavender, hibiscus, rose petals & hips.
