Bottom fermented
Fermentation
Beer description
A beer that eight breweries have developed together has never been seen in Austria. For months, the CulturBrauer, which are the eight most important private breweries in Austria, fiddled, tasted, passionately discussed and brought their entire experience. After all, it was about a lofty goal: to create a beer that takes up the tradition of the classic Austrian beer style and thus forms a new international reference for "Lager" - after all, the bottom-fermented warehouse has conquered the world from Austria. The character of a beer is in addition to the raw materials very influenced by the personality of the master brewer and his team. Bringing different ideas and different techniques together is not easy practice. The result can be all the more fascinating if the collaboration of eight master brewers succeeds. Contains gluten-containing cereals.
