Beer description
A brand new one from our yogurt-soured series "Cultural Divide", this citrus-forward tart saison has been kettle-soured over the course of a few days with the live bacteria from 10 gallons of Carolina Culture cow's milk yogurt, then fermented clean with our house saison yeast and infused with over 300 pounds of fresh, hand-squeezed & zested Meyer lemons, then finished with a touch of lactose (milk sugar) and a handful of Tahitian vanilla beans.
