Cubeb pepper, mainly growing in Java and Sumatra, starts out as the immature fruit of a tropical climbing vine and is then sundried. Infused on Lambic the Cubeb pepper adds a very aromatic almost eucalyptus flavor, with a hint of citrus and a very mild spicy character
