Beer description
Altbier brewed with a pletora of German base and specialty malts, together with 100% Czech Saaz hops. Cold fermented with a yeast strain from a brewpub in the Düsseldorf area, naturally carbonated and long lagering at temperatures below 0 degrees. It has an impressive copper colour with a dense head and fine carbonation, achieving a remarkable balance between malt flavours and yeast esters. There are notes of cherry juice, wood and bread crust.
