Beer description
Beer made from the pure water of the springs at the foot of the Harghita Mountains and made only from high-quality raw materials is made by a specialist and a team that is committed to the tradition of brewing in Csíkszentimon. Our recipe was also developed with local power, based on local traditions, and the Sapientia Transylvanian Hungarian University. We use the tradition of brewery technology to comply with the Bavarian purity law of 1516. The banned Csíki beer contains only barley malt, hops, yeast and water. Quality is our main concern when choosing original beer ingredients. That is why we check in our small laboratory whether barley malt has the ideal starch and protein content. In addition - when cooking - the best hop quality from Segesvár, which gives it its characteristic bitter taste. The brewed beer is matured naturally in our country and is not accelerated by enzymes and other additives. We do not pasteurize the forbidden cheese beer to give the dear consumer a richer taste. The result is Forbidden Csíki Beer, a Bock type of beer with a high alcohol content of 6% (v / v), which refreshes, nourishes and brightens.
