Beer description
In this bold experiment, we decided to refresh a traditional recipe with a modern twist. For this purpose, we took a gose prepared according to all Leipzig canons with salt crystals and coriander and added a substantial portion of American hops on dry hops. By the way, we chose a special hop for this occasion - Denali, which is not yet popular and whose characteristics are often characterised by the word "spicy". We are happy with our choice - we got a beer with a good balance and an original, complementary interweaving of flavours and aromas.
