New school meets old school in this A plethora of hybrids. This edition of Panorama Pale Ale, the first to be available in cans, showcases some new and ultra small production hops. Our hop hybrid from the US by way of Washington state and another from the Balkans by way of Slovenia. The American hybrid is an exercise in subtly with roots in classic west coast hops like Cascade, Cashmere exhibits an unusual flavor profile of melon, tangerine, and believe it or not, fresh coconut flesh. Styrian Dragon, on the other hand, was developed in Europe from ancient noble hop genetics and can lay down some unique terpenes of its own. Darjeeling tea, passion fruit, and clove play over a signature herbal complexity. Like all APAs this is an all day beer, the hops are important, but not more so than the grain which lingers throughout the finish.
