Raspberry Gose is an explosion of raspberries combined with the typical acidity and spritziness of Gose.
A refreshing raspberry Gose... probably better than a regular Gose, definitely refreshing!
The brewery made this Gose using the sour kettle method: they inoculated selected lactobacilli, then added raspberry puree and fermented it with their yeast.
