Perfect Citra El Dorado is part of a pair of beers, the other is Perfect Mosaic El Dorado , created to know and recognize the role of a hop too little used but with great potential: El Dorado. A hop that reminds of a pear and pineapple candy.Here we used it combined with our selected Citra. The doses are 50 and 50 both hot and cold. We recommend you try it with Perfect Mosaic El Dorado.
