The moment our Barley Wine is born is a magical moment. It is that moment in which we select the best barrels to create the perfect blend and give life to the new Mansueto vintage. In 2020 many barrels still had a lot to give to our Barley Wine and we made the painful decision to "deprive ourselves" of the Mansueto 2020 to get to "2021" and create one of the best Mansueto ever. Dense and enveloping, every sip is a journey and a discovery for the taste. Macerated raisins, dates, plums and hazelnuts are just some of the aromas evoked by this extraordinary beer. A very fine dark chocolate with caramel, just spicy, completes it, leaving room for a new sensory journey, sip after sip.
