Crak Brewery - Mansueto 2019

Mansueto 2019 is the expression of our Cellar, of the work research of the barriques, of blend, tasting, waiting.A blend of beers in the Barley Wine style, complex, fragrant and enveloping, alcoholic and round. Aged for two to three years in different barriques in our cellar, which have imparted their extraordinary and unique character, patiently and slowly refining the taste and aromatic profile.Dried fruit dominates the bouquet, especially raisins with rum chocolate and caramel that support it until the last sip.Dedicated to a special person who passed away a few years ago: our dear carpenter Mansueto. Together with him we created the barrel supports that are now used in our Cellar. Mansueto shared with us his passion for wood and for things made with his hands.
