Bishop Cider - Crack Oak Toa

This crafty little devil starts with our crazy good base cider mixed with cranberries, so there’s a hint of tartness there and some sweetness. We, and by that I mean Paige, uses French Oak to bring some super cool subtle woody notes into the bev. This a departure from most of our cranberry based ciders as it tends to be more on the sweet side. Enjoy!
