As a top-fermented beer, the brown is the densest beer in our range. On the palate it is soft with toasted and caramel notes. There are also pleasant aromas of black mushrooms and humus that enhance the fresh and woody side of this beer. It's not very thick and not very bubbly. Its taste highlights the openness of the roasted grain, which brings out a very slight bitterness.
