Beer description
We used Hallertau Blanc (Ger.), Galaxy(Aus.), and Kohatu hops(New Zealand). The base is an amazingly refreshing, aromatic IPA with citrus, pine and fruity notes! We added apple puree to the base and we got a super-juicy IPA, with incredible hoppiness and a rich, really tasty mouthfeel. NO, IT DOESN’T TASTE LIKE APPLES!
