A "stout" beer made from selected malts and hops under special conditions that give it a typical aroma of roasted malt and a light brown, firm head. Very dark color with clearly defined ruby-red tones, a characteristic coffee taste from roasted malt and caramel, a pleasant bitterness of hops and a well-defined fruit aroma. All components are finely tuned to each other and result in a soft and invigorating beer.
