CoolHead - Moment of Clarity

A beer to celebrate Craft Beer Garden Festival 2024! In collaboration with Burnt Mill & sponsored by Yakima Chief Hops. When talking with the guys at Burnt MIll it was clear we wanted to brew a beautifully bitter but highly drinkable Modern West Coast IPA paying homage to the great beers of the Californian coast. Yakima Chief knew what we needed & came forward with their brand new whirlpool addition product Dynaboost in the classic west coast variety of Simcoe. To get those true piney vibes we also used Simcoe in its Cryo form as well as Centennial & Cascade to make a hop sustainable beer, bursting with pine, floral and citrus notes.
