Pours clear golden with a big, collapsing, unstable, foamy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of hay, grass, unripe apricot & green banana, flowery hand soap, yeast, faint iron. Taste is light fruity sweet balancing apple & apricot, and light to medium grassy bitter, faintly spicy with a yeasty & hoppy touch; sourish accent of lemon in the back. Dry, grassy & earthy hoppy finish, bit spicy & yeasty, very faint metallic note too, and a dash of warming jenever alcohol.
