Not wanting to force the issue here, but this has a lot to do with what brewery believes when it comes to brewing beer. It was by experimenting that we arrived at Colorado Tarsila, a Catharina Sour with pineapple and coconut inspired by the painting O Vendor de Frutas, by one of the greatest Brazilian artists of modernism. Or any ism that comes before or after that.
