Colorado Orgânica

This is Colorado Organic, a fruit beer made with organic ingredients, from malt to cambuci. It is a light-bodied beer made with organic ingredients and has the addition of cambuci as a differential: a fruit hitherto little explored in country, but with great potential for flavor and aroma. In addition, this fruit from the Vale do Paraíba brings a light acidity to the beer that provides high refreshment to the palate and herbal notes in the aroma.
