Medicine Hat - Collab Series - Albertan IPL

MH Brew Co's first collaboration with Origin Malting & Brewing Co, located in Strathmore, AB. Origin malts their own barley which we used in this brew. In the vein of an IPA but using a lager yeast, the cool fermentation temperature really lets the malt and hop flavours shine through.
