Taking inspiration from our friends at JW Lees, creators of the acclaimed Harvest Ale, we fermented with their house yeast strain to create an English-style Barley Wine that blends deep malt flavours with bold, fruity yeast esters. Aroma & Flavour: Initial flavours of sultana and sweet, sticky marmalade yield to smooth toffee and vanilla, rounded off by woody notes and herbal hop bitterness Body: Sweet, smooth and heavy Aftertaste: Lingering woody notes intertwine with flavours of sherry and honey
