Beer description
An extra dry-hopped wild ale with a lot of funk. Before bottling, a selection of hops was added to a blend of a Foudre wild ale and an ale aged for two years in a red wine barrel. This started a biotransformation process that brought deep hop aromas to life. The result is a wonderfully drinkable beer with flavors of lychee and pineapple.
