Cloudwater Brew - Time Being

This mixed BA beer blends 6 year old blueberry wild ale with 2 year old chuckleberry wild ale before being bottle conditioned for 2 years. Featuring a combination of unexpected and customary flavours such as tomato, basil, bubblegum, light pepperiness, mild salinity, accompanied by a light farmyard funk. We’d suggest this beer to be an excellent pairing with soft or goat’s cheese.
