Despite its robust flavours, this DIPA remains deceptively light and boasts minimal bitterness, making it a perfect choice for true NEIPA enthusiasts. JW Lees Brewery, operating independently in Manchester since 1822, has allowed us exclusive use of their Ale yeast strain for our Proper DIPA series. Their brewers have re-pitched the yeast for every JW Lees Bitter brew for the past 57 years through meticulous brewing, careful harvesting, and storage. The unique characteristics of JW Lees’s heritage yeast, combined with bold modern hops create a truly exceptional craft beer.
