We were inspired by the lesser-known Brazilian cocktail Tepache for the next edition in our Breeze Fruit Sours. Taking Pineapple and Lime to create a mouth-puckeringly yet refreshing sour. Like eating fresh pineapple slices with a drizzle of Lime on top.
