Beer description
Using carbonic maceration to extract the fullest flavours from 500kg of cherries, we then added 500L of our 2 year old foudre ale to condition for one and a half years.
Expressing a great many characteristics of cherries, this BA Wild Ale offers a variety of flavours. Raw nuts, cherry pit, a mild and savoury autolysis character, berry sherbet, and a flavour of tart cranberries rehydrated with lemon juice. This is a fun and zippy beer that is at its best adding brightness and cheer to an occasion.
