Last year we traveled to Yakima for the second time to hand over selected hops at the source, and in collaboration with YCH, we secured some of the best batches we've had so far. We have developed a series of six DDH IPAs to share the fruits of handpicking with you, and this iteration is equipped with Simcoe.
